Jones Knows (“we”, “us”) operates JKFit mask-fit check-in at fitform.jonesknows.com and related staff tools.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, address).
- School / program answers and mask-fitting results needed for your certificate.
- Payment status for the fitting fee (processed by Square; we do not store full card numbers).
- Optional SMS verification codes if you choose text messaging during check-in.
How we use information
We use your information to run mask-fit events: register you, verify a prior record when you ask us to, process payment, complete the fitting, and issue your certificate. We may contact you by email or, if you opt in, by SMS for those transactional purposes only. We do not use SMS for marketing.
Mobile information and marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared for marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies; typically one verification code per check-in attempt. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the service (for example Square for payments, and our email/SMS providers to deliver messages you requested). We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Fitting and certificate records are kept as needed for your school requirements and our business records. You may email helpdesk@jonesknows.com with questions about your data.
